• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (includes: bathing, grooming, incontinent care, ambulation, assist with feeding)
• Meal preparation- assist with meal; planning, shopping for food
• Light housekeeping
• Health Monitoring- (checking blood pressure, assisting with blood sugar monitoring
• Medication reminders and assistance to ensure timely intake
• Mental health: do crossword puzzles with the patient, card games and word searches keeping the patient mentally stimulated
